multiple permanent vertical print dropouts.

Testing Performed
The printer was connected to a Windows PC via USB and tested for
basic printing and media-handling functionality.
An extended Zebra print-quality test using different speed and
darkness settings was then performed, together with a large
solid-black print test.
Several continuous vertical white lines remain in fixed
positions throughout the printed area. This indicates multiple failed
or impaired printing elements within the printhead.

The printer operates, but shows the vertical print dropouts described above.
The supplied test prints clearly document the current print quality.
