Description
The Pierce™ Micro BCA Protein Assay Kit is a highly sensitive version
of the classic BCA assay and is particularly suitable for
protein quantification in highly diluted samples.
The assay provides excellent linearity, low protein-to-protein variability
and good compatibility with many detergents.
Protein concentration is determined by measuring absorbance at
562 nm. The assay can be performed in both
cuvette and microplate formats.
