The CellSTACK® provides a total 6,360 cm² TC-treated cell growth area across ten stacked culture chambers. The vessel is manufactured from optically clear polystyrene and is designed for cell culture scale-up.

The product is sterile, gamma irradiated and nonpyrogenic. Corning specifies a recommended medium volume of 1,300–2,000 mL.

Features and Applications

Corning CellSTACK® vessels are designed for cell culture scale-up. The 10-chamber configuration provides 6,360 cm² of growth area within a compact stacked format.

Two 26 mm filling ports provide direct access to the bottom chamber, allowing media and cell suspensions to be transferred by pouring, pipetting or suitable tubing systems.

The standard 33 mm vented caps incorporate nonwettable 0.2 µm membranes to permit gas exchange.
